The AGV series are developed according to the demand on goods pickup & delivery of the automatic logistics system. The AGV product mainly involves the consulting, planning, design, and distribution of the construction plan of the logistics center, together with the R&D, production, and integrated service of automation equipment and information system.

The YAB fork-leg handling and stacking AGV is featured by stable functions, reliable operation, and high cost performance. It is used to lift and handle empty pallets, loaded pallets and paper rolls. It is applicable to single-deck pallets.
The overloading AGV is different from the light load type (below 1,000kg) in structural design and standards on part selection. First confirm the bearing load of body steel structure to avoid stress deformation under heavy load. Pay attention to the bearing pressure and turning radius of caster in the selection of bearing universal wheel. The arrangement of universal wheel is also very important. The location of driving steering wheel must avail movement control.

The gantry or fork arm carrier of reach type forklift AGV can reach back and forth beyond the front wheels to pick up or unload goods. The fork can withdraw and take back the goods when travelling and make the center of gravity of the goods within the bearing surface. The reach forklift has two legs which extend forward to stabilize the operation. It is featured by high lifting, large load capacity and small volume.
The piggyback AGV transports goods back and forth among points on a production line. It is applicable to a site with small floor area that needs shuttling transportation. It can replace the transportation by general production line or manual work. It optimizes logistics, reduces labors and improves efficiency. It adopts differential driving by two wheels and uses an AC servo motor. It is featured by high efficiency, fast response, high precision and long service life. It is customizable.
The pull type AGV pulls trolley by the hook installed at its rear part. It can pull several trolleys at the same time and handle goods efficiently. For a conventional pull type AGV, the hook needs to be pulled and released manually. Our company designs automatic operation for hook release with a peculiar mechanism which can reduce labor intensity and improve transportation efficiency. Pull type AGV can be customized according to different needs of customers.
The laser clamping AGV is developed according to the special requirements of logistics. It is mainly composed of body, lifting device and clamping & dumping device. It is used to clamp, lift, dump, transport, lower and release round objects.
The handling type AGV is used for the transloading and transportation of goods or pallets. According to different modes of transloading, it is categorized into general roll transfer AGV, diesel roll transfer AGV, fork-type AGV, meter box push-pull AGV, clamping type AGV, and lifting AGV.
